One of the drawbacks of community living is that traffic that goes by your windows daily.  Although mostly non intentionally,

many see into your home just by passing by to get to their own unit.  With our most popular window film applied, your windows act like a two way mirror, allowing you to view your surroundings without allowing the casual passerby view of the interior of your home and possibly giving them a reason to try to break in. 

Furthermore if the glass were to be broken in any way, the film would hold the window pieces together for the most part, aiding in continued security for your home and loved ones and in the case of storm damage helping to keep your valuables dry.

Reduction in UV and Thermal heat transfer

The average return on investment is just 1.4 years for a typical window film.

Blocking 85% of infrared and 97% of ultraviolet rays, Film is the equivalent of adding a second window pane.

By blocking 97% of UV rays, window film not only keeps your body cooler but also protects your furniture and flooring from fading.

Most homes in our area are concrete and stucco making it near impossible to fully replace a window without major demolition. This is why the only solution for many is a replacement INSERT that sits inside the original frame, there is multiple problems with that solution.

First, the original frame is still there so no benefit is had by using a vinyl insert.

Next is loss of sq inches of visible light on usually already small windows.  In our case here a loss of over 35% of square inches per pane.

And last is cost! at approximately 10x the cost of refurbishing, replacement windows may be the worst investment in your home you can make!
